Terms of Service
Welcome to Wapoo. By accessing or using the Wapoo mobile application ("App") and the "Grid" network, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. To participate in the Bounty program or withdraw funds, you must be 18 or older, or have express parental consent as required by local laws.
2. 30-Day Streak & Bounty
Rewards (Allowance and Prize Pool shares) are contingent upon maintaining a 30-day continuous active streak. Failure to "Relay" daily or use a "Spark" for rescue will result in streak termination and loss of pending rewards.
3. Anti-Fraud
Wapoo prohibits the use of bots, scripts, emulators, or GPS spoofing. Any attempt to manipulate Heat Points or Streak mechanics will lead to immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
4. Offline Conduct
Wapoo is not liable for any property damage, personal injury, or disciplinary actions arising from offline challenges, Greek Life activities, or faction rivalries. Participate at your own risk.
5. Intellectual Property
Robbo Duck and AI stickers are the property of Wapoo. By posting a Relay, you grant Wapoo a worldwide license to use your content for promotional purposes.
